Impact of COVID-19 on Individuals with Spinal Cord Injury Survey

Have a spinal cord injury?

We'd like to hear from you!

Together with other nonprofit organizations, including Kessler Foundation, Spinal Cord Damage Research Center at the James J. Peters VA Medical Center, Craig H. Neilson Foundation, Northwell Health and Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, we ask you to take a survey about the effects of COVID-19 on people living with a spinal cord injury.

The goal of this survey is to meet the needs of the SCI community as they relate to pandemics and other natural disasters.

If you have a spinal cord injury or disorder of any cause, whether you had COVID-19 yourself or not, you may qualify for a 10-15 minute questionnaire conducted online or over the telephone.

For more information and to enroll, visit: http://www.SCI-Sars-Cov-2.org

To complete the survey over the phone or for any questions, please contact Arianny Ramirez at arianny.ramirez@mountsinai.org, Kristell Taylor at kristell.taylor@mountsinai.org or Andrew Delgado at andrew.delgado@mountsinai.org for more information.

The survey will close on June 30, 2021

You will not be identified in any way, and no personal identifying information will be collected.

This is a voluntary survey, and we hope you choose to participate to help us advocate for you!

Thank you, on behalf of the Christopher & Dana Reeve Foundation in advance for your participation!
